Capturing the Moments
I take pictures so you don’t have to...
As a parent raising three active boys, I've come to understand the significance of seizing those cherished moments of your athlete and transforming those competitions and races into enduring memories. Through experience, I've realized that when aiming to film those fleeting instances of my kids in action, the focus was on a single moment, not on the actual play or the entire race. If you seek to both witness and preserve the entirety of the event, I offer my services for hire.
BMX Racing
BMX racing was derived from motocross racing. It became popular in the mid-1970s when children in California raced standard road bikes off-road around purpose-built tracks. ver time, BMX racing expanded globally, diversified with new disciplines like BMX Freestyle, and became an Olympic sport in 2008.
Football
American football itself was relatively new in 1892. Its roots stemmed from two sports, soccer and rugby, which had enjoyed long-time popularity in many nations of the world. On November 6, 1869, Rutgers and Princeton played what was billed as the first college football game.
Portraits and Stills
Portraiture is a very old art form going back at least to ancient Egypt, where it flourished from about 5,000 years ago. Before the invention of photography, a painted, sculpted, or drawn portrait was the only way to record the appearance of someone.
Ju-Jitsu
It is thought that Ju-Jitsu, as a formalized fighting methodology began in Japan around 880 A.D. By the 1400’s there were several styles of Jujutsu taught in Japan. The ones formed before the mid 19th century that survive today are referred to as Koryu, roughly meaning “ancient style.” Ju-Jitsu continues to develop, as it always has and new Ryu continue to be formed.
